TERMS & CONDITIONS

- have accepted these terms and conditions,
- provide us with your name and address (including valid delivery address), telephone number, email address, payment information and other mandatory information
- be the owner or authorized holder of a valid payment / credit card for the purchase of the goods.
We are only shipping to EU. Anye object uses DAO, Post Nord and GLS both for private and parcel shop deliveries. We send orders no later than 2 days after the orders are placed. Expected delivery time in Denmark will be around 2-4 business days. Deliveries in EU will be around 1-2 weeks.
Anye object receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Anye object uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
They have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day
"Where you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, gets the last item in physical possession" in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify anye object by e-mail: hello @ anyeobject of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unambiguous statement (eg by postal letter, fax or e-mail).
The right to cancel the purchase will be canceled if you use the item, which can significantly reduce the item's sales value. It is also a requirement that the item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when the item was received - this also applies in original packaging. If this is not the case, you will receive a refund corresponding to the condition of the item and its value.
As a customer, you will be responsible for returning the item, as well as costs associated with this. Should the item be lost during return, you will be liable. You must therefore ensure documentation for the return.
We will refund the amount to your account once we have received the package. We may require you to fill out a return form. But we will in a few cases contact you when the item is received. The item must be returned to the following address:

A copy of the order confirmation should be attached to the returned items. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a two-year right of complaint under the Purchase Act. For items with a limited lifespan, however, your right to make a complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the item in question.
If you discover a defect or defect in a purchased item, you as a consumer must notify us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the defect or defect consists of. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
